Does NWAIDS accept insurance and how do I get a referral?

NWAIDS works with most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid, and new patient intake is by physician referral only. Ask your primary care physician or specialist to send a referral to our office; once received, our team will verify your coverage and contact you to schedule.

All new patient appointments are scheduled after we receive a referral from your primary care physician, specialist, or hospital provider. We do not accept self-referrals or walk-ins for new patient intake. If you are unsure how to obtain a referral, ask your primary care office to fax or electronically transmit a referral to our practice, or call our office for guidance.
